I'm Kammie Russel, a strategic and results-driven Creative Leader based in Denver, CO. With over 8 years of experience in leading creative teams and executing high-impact projects, I bring a unique blend of creative vision and business acumen to the table.

My journey began with a B.F.A in Graphic Design from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, followed by an MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. Along the way, I've honed my skills in User Experience Design, Product Development, and Team Leadership, complemented by a UX Design Certificate from General Assembly.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with renowned brands like X-Games, Lululemon, LIVESTRONG, Nike, and McDonald's, contributing to their success stories and driving brand excellence through design.

In my current role as a Senior Creative Lead at Oracle, I spearhead creative initiatives to elevate brand identity and user experience across North American Applications. I've led design teams to deliver high-quality work and maintain brand consistency, while mentoring designers to foster a culture of excellence. Additionally, I'm part of an elite team specialized in business strategy, messaging, and design, supporting sales deals worth $1M+.

Prior to Oracle, I served as a Senior Creative Designer at USAA, where I collaborated with executives to turn ideas into impactful products. One of my notable achievements was leading the creation of USAA's Resilience Podcast and Video Series, comprising 100 podcasts and 60 videos.

Before USAA, I was a Senior Graphic Designer at ARRIVE LOGISTICS, where I managed a team of five designers through the development and expansion of the company's visual identity system. I also founded THEPRINTEDPET.COM, an e-commerce platform dedicated to pet products, where I implemented design strategies to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
